Speaker Bio: Meet Ashima Naval, a highly skilled and compassionate physiotherapist dedicated to helping you lead a healthier, pain-free life. With over a decade of experience, Ashima's expertise is truly exceptional.

Ashima's journey in the field of physical therapy began in 2010 when she earned her bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Since then, she has been on a relentless mission to improve the lives of her patients. She went on to pursue her Master's in Physical Therapy, specializing in Neurology, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and specialization.

One notable aspect of Ashima's practice is her certification as a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist. She's passionate about addressing issues related to urinary incontinence and other pelvic floor ailments, offering specialized care that promotes well-being and confidence.

Ashima firmly believes in an evidence-based approach to treatment. She has co-authored numerous publications, sharing her expertise in treatment approaches that deliver faster results across various health conditions. A few other notes:

  • Attendance will be managed using the Meetup App. Please RSVP before coming to the church.

  • Doors open at 10:00am, and attendees generally arrive between 10:00 and 10:30. We understand that babies nap at various times, and not everyone is able to join at the same time. In the event you arrive after 10:30, we ask that you please enter quietly to minimize disruption to the speaker. Meeting format:

    • 10:00 - 10:30: Socializing

    • 10:30 - 10:35: Announcements

    • 10:35 - 11:35: Speaker

    • 11:35 - 12:00: Socializing

  • In order to protect each other and our community, we ask that if you are not feeling well to please stay home.

  • Please enter the church via the entrance with the rainbow fence on Ridley Blvd. Go up the stairs to the first landing, turn right and we will be in The Henry Marsh Room (The Parlour).

  • Tuesday meetups are for full members but social members can also join for a $5 drop-in fee.

  • Strollers are not permitted inside of the church. Please park your stroller next to the entrance.

  • Please take off all wet/dirty footwear when you arrive and leave it in the coat rack area in the hallway before entering the meeting room.

  • Parking is available on Ridley Blvd. Please do not park in the church lot (the church has asked us not to park in the church lot).
